The College Fee Refund Policy is in accordance with the guidelines issued by the
University Grants Commission (UGC).

If a student chooses to withdraw from a programme of study in which he/she
is enrolled, the institution shall follow the refund policy for refund of fees
remitted by the student.

The refund shall include tuition fee, course fee and other applicable fees,
but shall exclude caution money and security deposit.

In case of Sl. No. (1) above, the Higher Educational Institution (HEI)
shall deduct an amount not exceeding 10% of the aggregate fee
as processing charges from the refundable amount.

The refundable amount shall be paid to the eligible student within
one month from the date of receipt of the written application
for withdrawal.
